Join us for a day of wellness, creativity, and community spirit at Vulcan Park, Workington! 

Whether you're interested in trying meditation, getting creative with the kids, or learning about healthy cooking - there's something for everyone at the Reach Out Festival!

Some sessions need to be booked in advance. Please book your spaces for specific sessions through the schedule below to secure your spot. While the festival is free to attend, some activities have limited capacity.

We're thrilled to announce the return of Workington's much-loved Reach Out Festival, coming to Vulcan Park on Friday 30th May. This free community event celebrates health, well-being, and the amazing spirit of our local community. From meditation and yoga to creative workshops and cooking demos, we've got a fantastic day planned for everyone. To ensure you don't miss out on your preferred sessions, we recommend booking your spaces below. While the festival is free to attend, some activities have limited spaces available and need to be booked. If you don't see an activity listed, it doesn't need to be booked. 🤝 Anti Racist Cumbria: A community organisation working to make Cumbria actively anti-racist through education and advocacy.
♿ Autism Support Allerdale and Copeland: A local organisation providing support and resources for individuals and families affected by autism.
💪 Carers Support West Cumbria: A charity providing vital support and resources for unpaid carers in the region.
❓ Citizens Advice Allerdale: A free, confidential advice service helping people with legal, debt, consumer and other problems.
🧠 Cumbria Cerebral Palsy: A specialist organisation supporting people with cerebral palsy and their families across the county.
👂 Cumbria Deaf Association: A charity supporting deaf and hard of hearing people across Cumbria with communication and advocacy services.
🌈 Cumbria LGBT Pride: An organisation promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community in Cumbria.
🏠 Shared Lives Cumberland Council: A unique care and support service helping adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems, or other needs to live independently.
